We are thrilled  to announce that IL Cosmetics Group has acquired Cosmetion,  as a basis to establish a new R&D center in the Crema region.

This acquisition serves as a fast-track to develop new product categories, adding a production site with the “made in Italy” label. It marks a significant milestone in our journey to make IL Cosmetics a leading multi-product colour cosmetics manufacturer, allowing us to expand our portfolio and accelerate product development.

Our italian facility will play a pivotal role in bringing innovative beauty solutions to market and reinforcing IL Cosmetics’ position as a global leader in the industry.
